Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original labels and hygiene stickers intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
